Adam’s life in Eden was mutable, but life promised was immutable; Adam’s life in Eden was lose-able but that which was promised is permanent; Adam’s life was temporary but that which was promised was eternal; Adam’s life was earthly but that which was promised was heavenly and spiritual; Adam was an immature son in Eden but through Christ we are the mature sons with full glorious inheritance.
